How do I know you are not scammers?

How to place an order?
Firstly you have to sign up at our store, use this link:

After signing up an account will be created in our database and we’ll be always able to check your order status.
After the account is created you have to log in .Now you are able to purchase anything you see on the site.
We have different categories of products,You may see them all in the bottom left side of the website.
So, explore the gear and when you see the needed product, just enter the required amount in the field near to it’s name and click on “Buy Now”.
You’ll be redirected to the “Shopping Cart manager”, if you’d like to add more products to your shopping cart you have to click on “Continue Shopping”, if the ordered products are enough you have to click on “Update Shopping cart” and then on “CheckOut” button.
On the next step will be displayed the terms and conditions, you have top read them and accept all if you really want to purchase, then click on Continue.
A new submission form will be displayed. There you need to enter the information related to your address. Please take care to fill it all and correctly as it is very important, we won’t reship if the package is sent to a wrong address.
After the address is filled in, just click on continue, check again if the address is correctly spelled and continue.
You’ll see the status of your order.
It will be unpaid and pending as you haven’t paid for it yet.
If you want to keep the order and pay for it later you may leave the payment section and send the payment later.
In the case you really want to pay for it , choose the preferred payment option and see the “Payment instructions” from F.A.Q.
How to Pay Via Western Union (WU) or Money Gram (MG)?
When you are using WU or MG it is a simple money transfer. You are just sending your funds from your location to another one.
All the info you need is the Name, Last name, City and country of the receiver. This information is enough to make a transfer. You may find all these by clicking on “Payment information” in your order history and selecting the payment method you want to use. You’ll see a list of receiver names there and on the right side their addresses, just choose one of them and fill in the WU/MG form.
You’ll also have to fill in your information, please don’t be afraid to fill all the info is required from you, the WU/MG transfers are not trackable as the CC ones it is much safer, just tell them that it is a donation or you are sending money to your friend or relative(WU/MG is not supposed for business).
Do not protect your transfer with a secret question, fill in only the necessary fields.
The collector will have a valid ID.
After the payment is made, sign in the site, open your order history , find the order you’ve paid for, click on “Enter WU info” or “Enter MG info” and fill in all the fields with the exactly that info you’ve got from WU or MG and have used for the transfer.
After the payment info is sent it will take up to 24 hours to collect them and we’ll begin processing your order.
How do I pay with my Credit Card(CC)?
First of all we have to inform you that not all the products are accepted for CC payments.
We accept VISA Credit Cards Only!
So, after your order is placed and you can see it in your order history click on “Pay using Credit Card” and you’ll be redirected to the CC processing site, you have just to fill in the CC information and click on “Submit to bank”
If it is not working, that means that the products you’ve ordered are not accepted for CC payment or the info you’ve entered is not correct.
After the payment is made, your order status will be updated to “Paid” within 12 hours and we’ll begin processing your order.
Is there a minimum order amount limit?
We've designed this store especially for your comfortable and easy usage, so we haven't fixed any minimum order amount limit. You are free to order whatever you want and in any amount you want.

Why is the Credit card payment option not available?
We are terribly sorry but we are still working on this payment option and it is not available for all the products at the moment, so if you can’t pay with your Credit Card, we suggest you to use another payment option like Western Union or Alert Pay. Hope on understanding on your side.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept the VISA cards (Vasa Clasic and Electron) only but unfortunately the CC payment option is not available for all the products, we are still working on it.
How to Pay via Alert Pay ?
Firstly you need to create an account with AlertPay, for this please follow this link:

After you register please log in and chose your account type, click on “Send Money”.
In the field “To” please enter next email: orders@axiolabsgear.com
Then enter the needed amount, but please take into consideration that AP will take fees for transfer so the sent amount should be more than the total order price, otherwise your order will be underpaid.
On “Purchase Type” choose “Other”

For the transaction password, everyone created one while signing up for AlertPay.
"When you signed up for your AlertPay account, after selecting your account type, you were asked to enter a transaction (secondary) password. This transaction password is an additional security measure to protect the funds in your AlertPay account.

Do you guarantee delivery?
Sure we do, we are responsible for each order ever placed. We guarantee the fact of your possession of the ordered product. So if it doesn’t come in 24 days after the expected date for the international section and 15 days for the domestic one, you have to let us know and we’ll reship it with no cost.
Is your packing discreet, what about customs, what if the package is seized?
We take care a lot of our security system and the packing of the products is as discreet as possible, that’s why the success rate of arrival and customs trespassing is great.
In the case a package is seized we guarantee that we’ll reship it after we saw the seizure letter from customs or FDA.

Do you offer domestic shipping?
Sure we do, we have a domestic store for US domestic orders located at us.axiolabsgear.com and another one at ca.axiolabsgear.com for the Canada domestic orders. Know that they are separate, so you have to create accounts on the both sites if you need both types of shipment.
When can I see the expected arrival date of my package?
On the right side of the website you can see the user menu, click on “My orders” and all the orders you’ve made are displayed there.
Click on “More info” near to the order you need and you’ll see all the info about it.
Is a signature required on arrival?
In order it is not required, it is needed in the case you’ve required a registered delivery.
What means Semi-shipped?
That means that we’ve released your order and began to ship it. One part of it has already been sent and is on the way to you, the rest of the order is still being processed and will be shipped within 24 hours after the first one left.

We are using different mail services, most of the packages are trackable but the info is often not displayed.

It is normal that mail delays occur from time to time as the mail service is not stable.
The delays are usually not big but in the case a big delay occurred, we’ll have to ask you to wait up to 24 days after the expected date and let us know at the end of this time frame if the package hasn’t arrived in the international section and 15 days in the domestic one.
